Payment
I only accept payment by PayPal, but if you are in the UK and want to pay by cheque - send me a message and I can sort that out for you. Payment should be made immediately. Thank you!
You do not have to have an account with PayPal, you can just use your credit card.It's a secure way to pay and you are protected should anything go wrong.
A 50% deposit is required once custom orders have been agreed. This is non refundable but will be taken off final payment.

Shipping
Your jewellery will be sent out by standard Royal Mail first class post within five working days of receiving your order and cleared payment.
If you are commissioning a specific piece then I shall let you know when you can expect your jewellery.
I make every effort to ensure that my jewellery is packaged carefully so as to avoid damage in transit, and I accept no liability for any damage incurred after I post it.
I am not responsible for the disputes between the Royal Mail and its workers and whilst I know it’s a total pain, I can’t do anything about it, sorry!
